I was fortunate to purchase this Blackhawk 44 Magnum many years ago from Lynn Laudise. It was shipped in May 1959 and is fitted with (what I believe are) factory ivory grips. It is one of my favorites :) .

    Bill,

Your photograph is beautiful. These are also my favorite flat tops, I've owned several over the years. Right now I only have one in my collection, I am fortunate to own a NIB gun with all the paperwork, # 26067 inspected Sept.12, 1960.

As soon as I learn how to import photos from my Picture File I will post it, and probably others that are interesting.

I met Lynn & Pat in Las Vegas in 1980 and we became close friends, Lynn and I traded lots of guns and spent a lot of time together over the years, some of those guns are still in my collection. I really miss him.

John...Thanks for the compliment about the photograph. I never met Lynn, but talked on the phone with him numerous times over a ten year period, and many of the Rugers in my collection are attributable to him. The last time I talked with him (three years ago or so) was about a Smith & Wesson revolver that he could not find any information about and I helped him with it.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of your fabulous collection and purchasing a copy of your new book. When will it be available?

    Bill,

I have been trying to place a photo on here, but, I don't quite have the hang of it yet.

The book is at the publisher right now, there is a chance that it may be out in 60-90 days.
