Hello, I’m a long time Ruger Shooter although I will admit that I don’t get to shoot as much as I used to, but we do have a nice indoor pistol range in Racine, WI. the town I call home. My first gun was a Ruger Blackhawk I had to have a friend buy for me because I was under age. I guess I can say that now because that was 37 years ago and Jimmy died a couple of months back. I’ve always liked revolvers and have owned several Blackhawks and Super Blackhawks through the years. But there were two that were special you can read about them in the “two stolen Blackhawks” post. Autos are okay but there’s something special about wheel guns. But I will admit that when I replace the two that are gone I’ll probably buy one auto and of course a revolver.
More about me, married to a non-shooter, two kids (one married) two grand kids and my son (15) this week can hold a pretty tight group in the .22 bullet trap in the basement.

    Welcome aboard pard!
I understand your feeling for the Wheelgusn and the Blackhawks. There is just ""somthing"" mor there than with semiauto pistols and even DA revolvers. My SA's wil be the last to go...(If needed :? )
