I am a 3 year member of the Ruger Forum.com. I see Flatgate and others are here as well. Although I grew up shooting I was never ""versed"" in the particulars and am always amazed, as I read Forums, how much I DON'T know!

To be honest, I am basically here to try and complete a GP100 1/2 shroud collection. I do not know if you provide ""wish lists"" but I thought I would give you folks a try. I have pretty much have the entire collection except for two SS revolvers. They are the KGPF330 which is the SS 3"" 1/2 lug, and the KGPF840 which is the 4"" SS .38 Special only 1/2 lug. I am looking for NIB or LNIB but I would entertain any fair offer as long as it includes the original case and paperwork. I know, I know. A long shot but I did want to give you folks a try.

I'll put the same onto WTB but this IS an introduction to why we are here. I'm not very versed at all in earlier Rugers like I assume most of you are. My oldest are Liberty models in .44 Mag and .223, which I both hold dear to my heart. My earliest Ruger, which I still have, is a Deluxe model 10/22 from about 1980 or so. Other than a 70 year old Savage bolt action, still the best shooting .22 I have.

    Regards

    BeagleDog,
Welcome to the RCA forum. You are looking for some scarce iron in those GP100's. Good Luck!
Have seen your posts on the RF; somehow, I remember you being a Longhorn fan, despite living in Arizona.
Or have I gotten myself confused in my old age??
