Thank you for the kind replies, I have looked very closely at this revolver, and it appears to be unfired since it left the factory. Not sure what I will do with it, I might just buy a holster and use it. But I would prefer to trade it for a more used firearm that is not so pristine...thanks...tj

I have lots of Ruger revolvers, But today i bought a true Classic, 1961 Flat Top .357 6.5 inch, with Box and papers. Appears to unfired since leaving the factory. Even has the Brown shipping container. S#398XX,
Can anybody guess what such a gun is worth? thanks...tj
